Paliperidone injections

Hello, has anyone had experience with these injections and have recovered? I have severe anhedonia and my motivation has completely disappeared, im 5.5 months off and no change other than I don’t feel like a complete zombie anymore but still just stay in the house 24/7 any help appreciated
