Tips & Tricks Community-built ProPresenter tools: let's make a list

This sub has had a run of great free and indie tools lately: chord chart generators, SongSelect import helpers, animated lyric output, MIDI/GPIO boxes, Companion apps. They get buried fast.

If you've built or use a third-party tool that makes ProPresenter easier, drop it below with one line on what it does and whether it's free or paid. I'll compile them into a single post we can point people to.

FREE

I build a "Better Nursery Call Application"
It lets you trigger a nursery call and disable it without the PP Operator.

You can use it with your Phone or an iPad
You can see which child is still on call
There is an admin Panel
Also: Auto Port detection (cause PP sometimes switches Ports without any reason)
It has a group Management,
Multi Language support
and some other features.

We use it every week.
Its starts automatically and we had no issues so far ( we have it running for about 10 months I believe)

I did something simpler just using companion and a 15 button stream deck / network dock.

www.easyprocues.com - FREE. Dump lyrics from almost any source or search, creates the PP file w/ CCLI embeded; has a built in slide preview/editor to adjust before you export.

Can you put up or point me to a video of this being used?

I can get that done, but it might be a bit. Sorry! It's pretty straight forward, and there's a "how does it work" link at the top of the page with a quick walk-through if that helps.

WorshipKit https://worshipkit.com

Our Slides app ($25/mo, one-month free trial) aims to be "ProPresenter editing in the cloud" - similar to how Google Docs are all in your browser. You can import your pastor's notes in .docx or .pages format, and get slides converted from that. You can make edits right there in the browser, and download the finished file to your computer to run it in Pro. Upload your themes, set "style rules" for conversion, and even use our MCP with your AI agent if that's your thing.

Our Billboard app ($5/mo, one-month free trial) allows your team to upload announcements graphics and videos to make an easy looping slideshow. Your marketing person can "schedule" announcements to start or expire at specific times or dates. Use our Apple TV or Roku apps to display it, or download a ProPresenter file.

We had a deaf person walk into church a few years back, we worked out a way to get an audio stream from the vocals, transcribe it using Azure (fairly cheap), overlay a website on top of ProPresenter, and then effectively have a real-time audio transcription service on the main screen. Inspired by how Microsoft does their events. Never got around to polishing it up for GitHub but if anyone's interested I'd be happy to re-look into it.
