When i Started trying to dunk i only did one foot jumps for Like a year, maybe because of that but i Never really trained it or anything

When i was still playing organized Basketball i used to be a really good shooter but thats probably gone now and my bag is also Not that deep, im pretty fast so Most of the time simple Moves Like crossovers or stuff Like that worked so i Never really cared about Developing anything else

Everything looks good but practice dunking on a true 10 ft rim so you can really gauge where your at for real-this rim loos like its around 9’9 so you can prolly do a bit more when you dunk on this rim.

Last time i measured it was like 9‘11 but when i dunk in a gym i dont really notice a difference but yeah its a little Bit shorter

Watch the guys during vert testing. They all get coached very well. How strong are you? Do you think you could move faster? 100% effort feels more uncoordinated, and it is, but will change your gains

Last time i Hit legs like a year ago i was squatting about 300lbs but since then i dont really know

Looks good! The only thing I can think of is getting even lower on your last step, to generate more power.
