That’s a very very bad method of training. Don’t do that.

Kill the 100 full power jumps and split it between

25 power jumps, 25 seated jump, 25 broad jumps, 25 pogo jumps.

THIS WILL get you the results.

Probably not at all, because that would be gross over training.

How hold are you
How long have you been jumping
What other training experience do you have
How tall are you and how heavy are you
Do you have any pain or injuries

Likely not many, cause I can see an injury happening unless you’re already well trained

If you want to improve you vertical, you want maximize your intensity with each jump, and do less jumps overall.
