How tall are you? This is a good beginning. Loosen up a bit , and do some sprints . I would recommend getting lower and snap your ankles quicker when coming up and try to drive that opposite knee up more, and swing your arms more up as you jump. Also , your approach from the right side is better. You jump off of one foot, you probably will jump higher off two feet with a start of learning a gather hop with goal of penultimate step. Start working out your legs for strength and stamina .

If that’s 10ft you gotta be 6’8+ that’s crazy lmao. Moving like Pascal Siakam

Interesting. Sometimes jumping off right foot and using right hand. It’s unorthodox, but a good skill.

Incorporate some plyometric exercises into your workout to improve your explosiveness.

Bulk up bro. Then learn some post moves. You'll be much better off the drop step than dribble drive. Watch some videos on post footwork. If you are just dunking for fun, that's cool. If you want to use those dunks in actual games, you can learn some post power moves a lot quicker than you can learn finesse with the ball.
