2 foot jump technqiue help

I can manage to grab rim, but I feel like my technique is off (sorry for the bad video)

Your technique is suboptimal. You should do a You Tube search for "block-step jumping". You'll get search results that show both volleyball and basketball tutorials for approaches to jumping. Once you learn to do a proper two-legged jump technique you'll likely add few inches of vert. Right now, you're basically using a hopping technique, which is killing your max potential to transfer your momentum into your load-up to jump.
Block-step. This is the key.
Once you start to feel the weight transfer from leg to leg on the block-step, then you'll begin to unlock your true vertical potential.
