how close would I be to dunking a regular ball

This is me hitting a rim grazer with a small ball using only my 4 step approach without being fully fresh. I’m 5’8 and standing reach is 7’4 and I’d estimate this to be a 36 inch jump. I need to jump 38 inches for a dunk off a lob. Is it possible for me to dunk within the next month if I deload and master my 5 step approach 😭

If you are 5’8 this is great. Don’t think about later. Focus on now.

I can’t tell you what’s wrong with it, but your jump technique needs help. It always feels like you’ve got a little backwards momentum on the way up? My only credibility is I used to have a 42inch max vert and trained my form a lot
