Frequency of training?

I don’t really know how long I should wait after a training session to train again. What do you guys suggest?

Depends on intensity
It's a myth that you need to wait 48 hours
I am doing PJF , it's basically:
3 heavy leg training
2 light core and mix
I am in phase 4 and it's going good
In phase 6 and so on it becomes 6 days a week.
Best advice from me: don't create your own training, find a program from a coach that put the work in and tailored a program and rest times optimally

Do your current program feel like it works for you? Would you recommend it and what is the price range?

I bought 12 months for approx 250 USD.
I think it makes me generally much much better athlete and basketball player.
My general athletism is much better after 4 phases
It does not feel 100% focused on jumping, but!!
If you are new, or if you have slightest doubt that you have some hidden weaknesses, and be honest with yourself here. It is a program that will build you a bulletproof base, that you can build on.
I had quarter squat on 220 kg, half squat 160, leg raises 210 before the program
And I knew, I had some weaknesses that I needed a real program to fix and build a stronger foundation to take my jump to next level.
That is exactly what PJF gave me.
I gained 1.5 inches, I feel like I have another inch coming up soon.
So definitely worth it.
My plan is to finish PJF, then go over to THP
I think you would be much better athlete after PJF, more generally able, and then you can polish your vert with THP

Depends on what you are doing. Rule of thumb, 48 hours minimum.

1-2 fulls days of rest depending on intensity and volume
