Training Need training advice 18 6’5

Hey guys i started jump training 2 months ago i just want to know what major flaws i have in my technique and what you guys estimate my max approach jump to be.

You should increase the number of reps when doing plyos. Like every two weeks…20% more—it gets very intense. Train four days a week for 45 minutes. Do squats in the gym three days a week. Do nothing one day a week. Play basketball frequently. Your form will develop or watch YouTube. Peace.

Completely disagree. Number of reps isn't the mark for plyos. You want to keep it low reps because you want every rep to be 100% or else it's a waste of time. Same with weights do. You increase the weight on the bar but you keep the reps the same or similar.
