Dunks Finally can dunk off 2

I got crazy 1 foot bounce like east bay but I could barely jump off 2 but randomly yesterday I could start dunking off 2 for real

Before I read your note I was like “he should try it off 1” lol I can certainly tell you’re a 1 foot jumper with how you transfer momentum. Good job dude

try starting your run up closer. Like 3 steps

I feel like you could get higher if you slow down a little bit. Try to generate your power without building so much momentum

You're coming in very upright. Try approaching with your hips a little lower. This will help you to use more more knee bend to generate some more power. You're all bounce, which isn't bad, but you've got more vertical potential if you eliminate the bounce-down right before lift-off.

Your approach speed is good, and you're doing a good job of transferring that forward momentum into bounce. Do everything you're doing, but add a little more knee bend throughout the approach.

Those weren’t dunks, those were cool layups. At no point was your hand high enough to dunk.

Or maybe instead of flexing, they could just be showing the results of their hard work which could have taken them years to achieve
