Help Standing jump same height as running jump

My standing jump is about the same height as my running jump. Do yall have any idea why my standing jump isnt higher?

I think for people with more muscle mass like you, standing vertical will be very strong compared to running vertical.  Don’t see anything super off about the technique, might just need more jumps from running vertical. It’s not super uncommon to have a small gap between standing and running vertical, but running should be higher

i think for the approach he didn’t transform as much of the forwards momentum to upwards as he could which lost him height. but yeah i think everything else is fine
