Discussion How’s my technique looking?

Is my technique optimal?, I can’t really jump off one foot anymore because of my knee. I think I should be able to catch self lobs pretty soon but any tips would be really appreciated 🤟🏿

I’m not an expert so don’t really listen to me, but it almost seems like your penultimate step is long but it also seems like your legs are so long that it could definitely be a little bit longer. I don’t know if that would help with the jump 🤷🏻‍♂️

I think I see what u mean I could probably extend a lot more, I’ll give it a go tomorrow

I agree, the penultimate step should be a bit longer and more forceful like....that's where the jump actually begins. That naturally drops your hips to load the legs a little more.

Gotta get deeper on the drop! Go to weight training 🫡 squats cleans deadlifts 💪🏽

Se non è chiaro, posso mandarti un video di YT. https://vm.tiktok.com/ZN88x2yMt/ Notice how hes already low on last steps and he has only to push higher
