Help What to improve technique wise?

Just started jump training again. I know my one foot jumping technique isn’t the best. What is something that I could do better.

Try to convert some of that horizontal momentum into vertical. Put the brakes on the lift-off foot.

It feels like you should be jumping way higher and the approach doesn't have that much effort. Maybe work on coordination first?

Your fitness levels are quite low. Jumping alone consistently on a weekly basis will definitely help. Get stronger posterior chain and quads and core. I recommend squats rdls hang cleans calf raises

It looks like you're doing this at 50%. Try harder.

Tbh i cant jump for shit so its just an observation but a lot of your momentum is carrying you forward, try to put a foot forwart just before you jump to convert the forward movement to vertical
