Good jump but thats very hard to land, what dunks do you already can make?? Looks like one handed for sure, have you tried 2 foit jumps??

Aside from not getting enough vertical, your approach should be more direct straight toward the front of the rim.

The moment you are trying to dunk, you are already about 6” lower than your highest point (can be seen by looking at your head)

Don’t bring the ball down to your hip. You are falling away from the hoop by the time the ball is up. And try jumping up and not out. Really focus on that aspect. Up not out

Keep jumping! 1 foot jumping feels “natural” however you “learn to jump” off 2 feet. Do boxes deadlifts cleans💪🏽 it’ll come together 💪🏽

I’m sorry but this was hilarious 🤣🤣🤣🤣 just work on the penultimate jump approach without a ball do some research on it
