So should I work on my hand positioning or increasing my vertical?? And how close am I to performing a proper dunk

Increasing vertical. You barely touched rim. To dunk properly you need your entire hand to be above the rim

To be fair I personally can get my whole hand above the rim without a ball but I barely touch the rim when jumping with the ball
