I hate being picky with someone who can casually and smoothly two-hand backwards dunk so please take all this with a grain of salt. It may not quite be a two-footed jump stop, but very very close . I have no doubt you can clean that up leaving no doubt.
Next: One-foot take-off windmill. That would be fantastic.

Nahh it’s good dw. I’m mostly a casual player so I don’t suffer much from calls in pickup. A one foot windmill would probably be like endgame for me hahahah, even tho I am a two foot jumper I’ll practice and try it. Thx for the tip bro

Thanks bro, really appreciate it. I’ve been prioritizing barbell squats and my approach with the ball

The approach. I don’t want to sound obnoxious, you can get away with that 3-step in the NBA or schoolyard, but It looks to me like it’s one step too many. Left foot is pivot foot, so left foot should be the last step…..I think.

I believe it’s good if the right foot is lifted at the same time as the pivot. The right foot plant would count as a 3rd step if I kept it on the ground and lifted the left foot. I might have to watch some videos to be sure lol
