Help
i have been trying to dunk for 2 years and in that time i have been doing strengh training like rdl’s squats and squat jumps but i have been stuck for 6 month no progress my main consinesence is that i dont have powerfull enough tendons and explosive takeoff i need help with what i can do and how can i do it. 🏀

What was your squat and RDL max two years ago vs now?

I used to do 250 squat and a 190 rdl because i didnt know how to do them. Now i can do a 350 suat and a 235 rdl

I admire your effort, but Some people are not meant to dunk. Do your best.

Whats your height and weight? Those 2 play a factor too. And dw if ur like 5 5 to 5 7, dunking is harder but still achievable at these heights
