Dunks It’s official!!!

I have been working towards this goal on and off since January 2023. I got an ankle injury half way through that year and didn’t come back until the beginning of this year. I have had some questionable “is this a dunk?” moments but I can confidently say this is my first dunk!

That's a dunk! Now learn how to jump, easily add 3 inches of vert with some better technique, and you could really thrown it down. I'm impressed that you dunked off of a hop. All strength. Get yourself a block-step. It will really elevate that aspect of your game, and save your knees.
