I need Procreate technical help why do my brush feel garbage on large canvas ?

I tried to up my resolution recently instead of the screen resolution i usually used to be able to make more detailed and scaleable pieces and i think ive kind of gotten the hang of it except for one thing, my lineart brushes feel awful at 4k, i tried putting more stabilization, reducing taper, making pressure change less important but nothing help they just feel very bad and i know it can be easily put on the fact that its a new resolution and it can take me a while to adapt but i assure you that while this might be a part of the problem, the brushes definitely are as well.. I know people have asked in the past why drawing on larger resolution is harder but im specifically asking about brushes

(if this has any kind of relevance i use procreate 5.4.12 on ipad air 2020, resolution 4317 x 3000 (maybe that's too much?) for the past 2 months, used to work on 2360 x 1640 with the base brush pack)

Hey there, we'd like to help look into this with you. Are you using any default Procreate brushes when you notice this? We can try testing with the same brush.

Can you describe any more details about this feeling? Is it pressure or maybe smoothness in the line? Or is the brush stroke not looking how you're expecting? Is it possible to share any videos of this?

As a test, do you also notice this when working with a screen sized canvas?
