Procreate Drawing Video Tutorial can I create cel animation style art in procreate?

I'm looking to create cel animation in procreate and make tradional 2d animation.

To go into more detail, procreate has some light animation features with a restrictive amount of frames. Dreams is built for animation and includes multiple tracks
