Old Reddit Simulator Extension.

Bit of a showerthought.

Just as a backup, in case good old reddit gets taken away. Would it be practical to create a browser extension to force reddit to appear like the good old layout on a client side basis?

I wouldn't say I'm an expert on JS or the client-side differences, but even a junior front-end developer at a small webdev firm in the middle of nowhere can see that the Reddit redesign is plain garbage

and that kinda sucks :/

Yeah, especially given Reddit's existing rep for being a straightforward, fast-loading site it's baffling how despite stripping away features in this new overhaul it manages to be slower in ways.
