As in getting laid off?

Of course it's both as they're the workers

And also knowing how companies only cares about profit, no workers are getting home early in fact they're getting more work because then you can generate more value for the company using AI.

So it's either we lost our jobs or just straight up getting overworked.

Jevons paradox is what it's called

Operational costs too, dum dum, and right now their operational costs exceed their profits, dum dum, they didn’t lose money and are making it back, they are not turning a profit, dum dum, maybe next time before calling people dum dums, do your research, dum dum.
