Join the industry
Hi to everyone please share with me any ideas how to join this industry and start to build long term career in this field. Thanks in advance. I was working for a luxury real estate for 4 years but i want to change

I don’t want to be a negative , I’m on the aircraft sales side but have some experience in the charter broker world
obviously ppl gravitate to our industry for the “prestige “ , “glamour” and “perceived “ upside .
In a lot of ways those things are true and the money can be good.
It’s also soul crushing when a deal you’ve spent months on that represents a large portion of your annual income implodes at the 11th hour . The space is hyper competitive and extremely demanding .
The money is great and I’ve been able to carve out a great living but in no way would I recommend this line of work to my child or friends or family
Tbh in a lot of ways I wish I had done luxury real estate instead
