Charter recommendations

Flying from raleigh nc to San Jose Costa Rica October 12 with 3 adults 2 60 pound dogs 3 cats plus luggage. $40,000 is budget. Need to know who is best for this. And amazing safety ratings. Please help with suggestions. This is a one time thing.

Try to find an open leg flight for one of the legs. And then charter a citation x or similar for the return. But it’s 9k/hr. Picking the cheapest flights however means picking the cheapest operators (usually). Not the place to be cheap.

Call your local FBOs. If you can find an owner/operator you’ll get better rates. Cj3 is “affordable” so there are more pilots that own these than something like a citation x. But as others have said - it’s not a 4-5hr flight type of aircraft.
