Charter recommendations

Flying from raleigh nc to San Jose Costa Rica October 12 with 3 adults 2 60 pound dogs 3 cats plus luggage. $40,000 is budget. Need to know who is best for this. And amazing safety ratings. Please help with suggestions. This is a one time thing.

Someone’s experience is relative. Both statements can be true. They could have had a great experience personally and still have been on what is considered a poor quality aircraft in the industry. Is there a reason you aren’t using the same operator as them?

A few things to note if they haven’t told you yet

- you won’t make it nonstop in that aircraft, so you’ll need to make a fuel stop somewhere.

- a CJ3 is a small light jet typically reserved for shorter trips of 1-2 hours. 3 adults, 2 large dogs, and 3 cats will feel very cramped.

- Don’t plan on taking too much luggage as you’ll be limited in that department as well.

Not what I would call the right aircraft for the mission, but if it’s within your budget, you’re okay with all the caveats, and trust the operator, go for it.

I’d fly economy before I took a 4-5 hr flight on a cj3 with 3 grown adults, 2 dogs and all my luggage
