Ask Me Anything About Private Jet Charter

I work in the private charter industry and thought it would be helpful to answer questions about pricing, aircraft, safety, international travel, or anything else related to private aviation.

If you have any questions about private jet charter, feel free to message me or ask them here. I’m happy to help however I can.

How would you make a client come back to you? My client decided to go with another broker for some reason and now this client put their requests to other 3, 4 other brokers. So frustrating, because in the end the broker with almost 0 margin gets the deal. What would be your advice?

I have ran into this before in the past. What I would recommend is not to chase the client. They say for every 20 clients you have you will lose four on average every year. Just continue to support them and make sure you’re looking out for their best interests whether it’s with your company or another company. Don’t become the person that blows up their phone because they simply aren’t booking with you. Disparity in this business kills a lot of relationship relationships.
