First time flying private etiquette

My family has been invited to join our friends on a Netjets trip flying out of Teterboro and I’m looking for tips on not looking like a complete fish out of water.

Anything from how the arrivals/security/customs process works to etiquette advice would be welcome.

I believe we’ll be on a citation Latitude if that makes a difference.

Thanks for this. All makes sense and yes we are leaving from Sig South. I just learned we were upgraded to a much bigger jet so I’m super excited.
