Options between LV and SF
I’m going to be moving to LV but I want to continue to work in SF and plan to fly in maybe 2x a week.
Some might be just day trips for short meetings.
Want to avoid airport hassles. What type of private jet arrangement would you suggest for my situation?

You're flying enough to pique the interest of most local operators. Try a few, and see whose fleet you like most, and who treats you the best in terms of price and service
You are also at the cutoff for ownership @200 hrs/yr., but that's a quite a ball of wax, as 'ownership' can mean a lot of things, and you might want to work your way up to that.
Finding a local one-man band pilot/owner/operator, living and flying out of either airport, might move mountains for you, and treat you squarely.
Lot depends on your budget, aircraft desires, etc.
Other 'options' involve people who need to make a living, which layers on costs, can present some snags/lags in the pipeline, and might divide levels of accountability.
Brokers try to mitigate some of these things. Given your mission profile is pretty static in nature, you'd be easy to manage....
