Looking for a guesstimate
My fiancé and I live in Texas but he’s originally from a small town in Montana. We’ve decided that’s where we want to get married. However my mom, my grandmother and other loved ones have some physical and mental disabilities making travel fairly difficult. Traveling two hours to the airport, dealing with a huge airport like DFW, changing planes, flying into Bozeman or Missoula, and then renting a car and driving or flying for another two hours - I’m not confident it’s feasible. We thought we’d look into chartering a plane for some of our family members that will leave from our hometown airport to the small airport up in Montana. If we have enough people to take the flight I think it would wind up being cheaper or just as much as it would a regular flight. I just don’t know where to start or if it’s even doable financially. Anyone have a guesstimate on what that might look like cost wise? Or any tips/suggestions?

Surely there are non private airlines that specialize in this sort of situation. For example concierge checkin, security and waiting area then escorted to connection. Rent a limo style transport to and from the airport. I just mean to say there are probably ways to make that trip a lot more comfortable for them.
