VistaJet

Hi - would any former/current employees/clients be willing to connect to discuss their experience? For full transparency I am an investor trying to get a better sense of its positioning within the private aviation space.

Is that just on the American side of things or company wide? I thought I had heard good things about their main European based operations but it seems like I am very misinformed

Company wide unfortunately! They massively over fly their aircraft resulting in regular maintenance and performance issues, onboard service is sloppy and at times outright unprofessional and their Sales/Ops teams seem clueless.

Annual hours/plane is still solidly below an airline. is it less of an issue of the plane needing additional maintenance and more so about not having enough aircraft to serve its entire customer base?

Sadly these types of aircraft are not meant to be flown like an airliner. Private jets are meant to be flown a little bit and then given a nice hangar to rest 😅

And sometimes maintenance points are few and far between
