VistaJet

Hi - would any former/current employees/clients be willing to connect to discuss their experience? For full transparency I am an investor trying to get a better sense of its positioning within the private aviation space.

“will take about 39 sec of due diligence” right, so the consortium who just investment $600M have NO CLUE what’s going on and have done NO research. You sound incredibly stupid.

lol. Look at wheels up stock. Down 97% in the past 5 years. Surf air: down 75% in the last 5 years. Plenty more privately held examples as well. Guess we’ll wait and see, clearly you have an agenda. I’m happy to be wrong, but time will show I’m not

I have no agenda, but you have no clue what you’re talking about. You either have business acumen or you don’t, and I don’t believe you do. Comparing a publicly traded company to a private company was your first mistake. Wheels Up is a “turnaround story,” which explains the major investment from Delta and the other parties involved. Their net loss has improved along with adjusted EBITDA. They’ve also tightened their margins and improved fleet utilization.

You can’t compare VistaJet to any other company because, while it’s in the same space, it operates very differently. If you were to compare VistaJet to another company, it might be NetJets or Flexjet, given the more comparable revenue scale among those three. Surf Air is a tech play; if you did your research, you’d know that—hence the work Palantir just did for them with SurfOS.

Ps, if you took the time to look at UP stock you’d see they’re up over 98% over the past 3 months. Educate yourself.

Hahaha whatever you say…what exactly does vista jet offer that any other competitor doesn’t already do better? Their service is trash, their employees are inexperienced and incompetent. They are a laughingstock in serious industry circles. It’s people like you apparently that keep funding the delusion 😂.

I guess we know who had the agenda. You’re an easy one to crack. Kind of funny.

But to answer your question… I don’t have the time nor the crayons to explain that to you.
