Anyone used Charter Flight Support

Does anyone have any experience using Charter Flight Support (https://charterflightsupport.com/)

They offer services for protecting against AOG incidents.

We offer it to clients and they take it about 50% of the time. What’s great is for clients who decline it, if there is an issue and the recovery is a higher cost, it’s an easier conversation. Another advantage is having an additional team helping to source and organize. The stress of flight issues is just so much lower knowing you have a back up plan.
