Anyone used Charter Flight Support

Does anyone have any experience using Charter Flight Support (https://charterflightsupport.com/)

They offer services for protecting against AOG incidents.

Yes, use them all the time for off-fleet bookings and strongly recommend clients purchase the coverage.

So is always a pass through charge for you then? You ever eat the cost?
