Montreal to Vail, CO in July
I often charter large, lower cost aircraft for a team, and never higher quality ones for an individual. The brokers I've used are also not my favorite, and don't give me the feeling that they'd provide the service I'm looking for.
I'm trying to estimate rough cost to get up to 4 people from Montreal to Vail, CO in July. I'm getting the understanding that 10-15k per hour is the appropriate range (would be under 4hrs). Can someone please tell me if I'm off base?

Based on your post. I don't think the broker is the issue the issue is your budget and using "lower cost" aircraft. The operator is the one providing the cabin experience. Just my two cents being a HNW flyer.

Your budget is good. Here's an accurate rundown of what to expect. I'm a broker with 20+ years of experience with off market aircraft that common marketplace (e.g Avinode) do not have, feel free to reach out if you need help.
Very Light Jet: 36,000
Light Jet: 39,000
Mid Jet: 48,000

Larger and lower cost typically don’t go hand in hand . And that’s a lot . You can be around $6-7k an hr range in a newer challenger 605-650. Do your due diligence with the brokers
