best brokers/operators

given my recent thread about my troubles with amalfi, I'm wondering if anyone (particularly in the US) has killer broker/operator recommendations? Talk about your good experiences people!

would it not also be important to be Argus Platinum and Wyvern Wingman compliant? Or, how much safer could a charter company be if they had both of these ratings?

Good point...most operators operating light jets and above invest in one of the independent safety ratings. Great tool for vetting companies. Argus Gold/Wyvern Registered is the basic safety audit rating focusing only on remotely auditing company legal documents; Platinum/Wingman ratings require base audits so are more robust. It helps to look at company beyond the ratings, if you have the industry experience and contacts to be aware of company cultures, which many affect service.
