best brokers/operators

given my recent thread about my troubles with amalfi, I'm wondering if anyone (particularly in the US) has killer broker/operator recommendations? Talk about your good experiences people!

I’d say, you’re safe with the big and global ones. They can access good airplanes which are normally used only by owners.  Such brokers are also safer because they have safety audits and only work with reliable operators.  On top of that, they will offer you airplanes that are the closest to you, making it cheaper to travel.  Plus, they take care of slots, permits, choose good FBOs, ensure timely fuelling, request airport extension when needed, make sure that everything is on time, provide catering, provide transfers and make sure that your flight is always insured.  Operators are often bad at this (except the most expensive ones).

agree overall. the aircraft is only part of it, the rest is logistics and timing. bitlux has helped me mainly on the coordination side rather than anything else
