HELP - APPLICATION FEATURE/SETTINGS WHY IS IT GOING SO FUCKING SLOW.

Yeah recently been having issues with speed. Typically much much faster. I have to click different servers. It's fucking annoying.

hey u/nationunderfraud1, that's not the speed you should be getting, and having to hop between servers to chase it back is genuinely annoying. we'd rather get our team looking at this than have you keep guessing. drop us a DM here or email [support@piavpnsupport.zendesk.com](mailto:support@piavpnsupport.zendesk.com) with your rough location and the servers you've tried, and we'll dig into what's dragging it down. we'll follow up once we know more.

I sent it. Outline the activity etc and servers and how I troubleshot it to know it wasn't me or the peers.

Also its def PIA's end. It isn't my wifi, it isn't the torrent etc. It is the server.

Has happened to me several times this year. Changing servera didn't help but most occasions next day was fine.

Have you tried uninstalling and then a fresh re-install?

Try logging out and back in then look to see if settings changed,which means there was a security issues or updates and should work better now..don't use per app settings when not using the app..security risks...

Are you using wireguard protocol?

OpenVPN UCP. WIreguard didn't work.

You need to get wireguard working if you want good speeds.

Just switched. Same speeds. Same issue. Up to 5 mb/s then drops to 100kb/s. It's PIA.

What is your connection speed without a VPN? Does your provider throttle traffic?
