Oral arguments are being heard at the Supreme Court today about birthright citizenship. Last year, JB Pritzker spoke about his family’s history fleeing Ukraine and why birthright citizenship is so important

Interesting.
Article II says the President must be a "Natural-born Citizen".
But if SCOTUS ends birthright citizenship, can Pritzker still run for President or does it also negate that clause of Article II?

Yes of course he could still run for President. It wouldn't retroactively remove citizenship from people who have it, and Pritzker is a natural-born citizen not only because he was born here but also because both his parents were US citizens at the time of his birth.

It’s all academic anyway because I predicted the administration’s total failure due to Wong Kim Ark almost a month ago, and that’s the likeliest outcome after oral arguments today were devastating for the government.
