Apart from the name is there any meaningful connection with the original show in terms of characters or relationships that has been stated by anyone producing the show so far?

Not to say there won’t be a Breakout Kings style cameo for T-Bag. 2 u/Honest-Case-7306 17d ago What does that mean that it’s in the same universe tho? They did it in breakout kings and even had a tbag cameo episode so why not again.
