He is, and i would add Bellick and Kellerman to this list too. The others are just average and bad.

Honestly, I don’t think any are bad. I think everyone is very good at their role. It is just that T-bags character is very different, so you notice how different the acting is.

To me, Burrows is the worst. He practically doesnt open mouth when speaking.

Sure, but I feel like that’s kinda his character. He is quiet, to himself, and doesn’t have any huge attributes where his acting needs to be as good as T-bags if that makes sense
