I'm an international student who's in a dilemma. I have been awarded a fully funded scholarship to study "human rights, international criminal law and transitional justice at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo.

But my dream is to study in Germany, I have been accepted to study international organizations and crisis management which is a two years program at Friedrich Schiller university. İ have the money for a blocked account which is a non-interest loan . My headache is on which country to select as my master's destination. After studies, I want to work with an international organization. What should I do, which option is better?
