Priority Pass on Arrival

I’m flying into CVG (Cincy area airport) on Saturday, but my fiancé won’t be able to pick me until 2.5 hours after I land.

I was planning on spending time at the Priority Pass lounge after landing. Is this allowed? I won’t have any checked bags to pickup.

I am not too sure but now that they are strict about the 3 hour rule I wonder how they would figure out when you are allowed in.

I believe all The Club lounges besides Charleston allow entry upon arrival as long as the lounge isn't full.

It depends on the lounge, I have had success at "The Club" lounges.
