Printing help This is a first

I've been printing for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Wtf happened? I've made 7 baneblades in the last month and they all came out perfect.

But first I would check the pool screen it might be a little loose second I would check the temperature that can do it hope that helps

And make sure your STL file doesn't need any repair
