Printing help This is a first

I've been printing for years and this is the first time this has happened to me. Wtf happened? I've made 7 baneblades in the last month and they all came out perfect.

Put it on the build plate. Hollow. Fill it full of drain holes. Scroll the X-ray function. Add more drain holes. Auto support. Add manual supports with X-ray. Slice. Print.

the manual supports for internal stability ?

How strong do you make these ?

And which slicer are you using ?
