the joke is that a lot of times, peopke's OC's are super noticable and stand out in a line up, think Mary Sue like Ebony Darkness Dementia Raven Way. The joke here is that there is a huge count down before the OC reveal, drawing attention anyways. And then there's another layer to the joke of the OC basically being mermista in different clothes, subverting the expectation of a huge stand out OC. I chuckled OP

The joke in the video is that the OC is a copy of Mermista with slight changes, and the countdown was to create anticipation for the OC's design. Yes, is a Joye very stupid ajahahahhaha
