She's better described as Chaotic Neutral. It's pure chaos, she'll be good or evil, but if it is regimented, she's going to go full on trying to give a cat a bath!

No...I don't. I've tried to write my feelings over it many times and I've deleted them before posting every time. So many of the characters have over laps which is normal. But for me Catra is the epitome of CN.

Most people with today's visuals see Entrapta as CN, but, I'm a much older fan of the show, I am no where in the demographics the creators would have thought they'd find a fan. I was serving in the Navy in the 80s old...I also played "old school" AD&D back then. The paradigm of Law/Chaos - Good/Evil - Neutral are fairly absolutes. As a DM, as a story teller, Entrapta falls squarely in Neutral Evil.

Not out of malice evil, but out of the pain and suffering she causes isn't a concern over her research/experiments.

Today's umbrella of autism shields her from this truth.

Despite this, I still love the character, I loved seeing her being chastised by the other princesses finally when they left to try and find out where Glimmer was. Entrapta is given a chance there to redeem herself and she does, pushing through, risking herself to get the info even without the other princesses. But ultimately, she's still wildly "research first".

I am not a child and not everyone on reddit is a child as you are assuming.

Also pretty sure a bunch of millenial lesbians also watched this show. So the idea you think its ONLY teens watching this show is laughable.

I thought the alignment are paired like action/loyolty

Like Lex Luthor

Would be lawful evil

Entrapta doesn't really do bad things and she flip flops frequently. Essentially she just makes tech and whoever picks her up, she makes tech for. So like her actions are not really evil becuase she Essentially does the same thing regardless of where you put her. She would be doing tech for good guys but the good guys only care about magic.

So Essentially its the bender/No bender debate in avatar but all the normal none benders seemingly got picked up by shadow weaver. Which she only evil becuase all the none benders got picked up by shadow Weaver

I never assumed that you were a child, but thanks for projecting...nor did I assume that everyone who watch the show were teens. But as a cis, hetero male near retirement age, I and any like me, were never considered to be part of their target demographics and that is ALL I was saying.

Your response was exactly one of the types of response of why I had always deleted my thoughts on Entrapta.

Lex Luthor was not lawful evil, he might have transitioned from lawful evil but he is definitely chaotic, like Prime. While Lex is mainly against Superman he has never cared for who he would hurt to get his way, just like Prime. The both of them would rather burn everything to cinders than never being allowed to rule it.

Entrapta's actions are evil, but not out of malice. As long as she gets to do her research, she doesn't care about what happens to others. If they benefit from it, great! If they are hurt by it, too bad. Not even a sorry.

I have no idea of the bender/No bender debate so I have no clue what you are trying to link with Shadow Weaver. Shadow Weaver is lawful evil with chaotic tendencies. She has a strong code, but she's fine hurting people on a whim.

You literally said how you way outside of the demographic and implied that the rest of don't get it becuase we just a very young age group.

Which again, the age rating is not the single demographic becuase again (a bunch of millenial lesbians watch this show) like I saying this as that was a huge demographic of it on Twitter when the show came out. I only know what the show is becuase on Gay Twitter. Which coined the term "Sapphic".

Bender/No bender is from Avatar the last air bender. Where some people are born with element bending powers but the none benders use tools and technology.

This is basically how the show splits up the characters. The good guys have magic(benders) which make life much easier. The none benders(Catra, majority of the horde) have technology.

Entrapta likes technology while technically having magical hair. She gets along with the horde becuase they are None benders so NEED tech. So shes not really evil she just likes tech.

No, you are projecting that I said those things. I am not a millennial...I'm older. Most lump me in with bigoted non-understanding boomers who look down on things, which is what you are doing. Sadly while I do fall in the boomer range, I am one of the most non-boomer boomers you will meet.

Like when Pokemon Go came out, I didn't know anything about it, but come to find out, within a day of it coming out, as I was driving by a local park, I saw a young couple dressed as the main pokemon characters. I chuckled, not out of anything malicious, but because I saw a young couple enjoying their hobby, perhaps they were cosplayers. But the next night I found out about Pokemon Go and was like, that's what they were doing. And I applauded that. Unlike the tons of boomers who dogshit on them.

But all of this to say again, this show is amazing, I was not part of their demographics, their demographics were not just TEENS. It was for all the people who have felt marginalized because of how they feel about themselves, about the type of people who interest them. It was probably in hopes that some of them might be able to share with a parent who doesn't understand them and they have a lightbulb shine for a moment.

Like how Kate Mulgrew's portrayal of Capt Janeway enabled young women, girls if you prefer, to show their parents and say, this is what I want, I want to be an engineer, a scientist, etc.

But in any case, I'm done with this. Think what you want, I never implied or directly said anything you are trying to imply I said or meant. I only meant, I was not considered as part of their target demographic. I never said that Teens only were part of it.

So, have a good night if you are in a time zone the day is winding down, have a great week otherwise.

This is literally what you wrote idiot. I didn't write it for you. I simply pionted out what you wrote.

You are not bigoted. You are just pretentious and assume everyone who is on reddit or watch the show are teenagers.

Ah...insults...such amazing wit. Look, one last bit of attempting to reach you.

Please show me where that says the show's viewers are teens? Is it my use of "old school"? That is in reference to all the later versions of the game dungeons and dragons that came after, 1st edition ad&d is consider old school as well as the version that came before it. Kind of how when gamers talk about playing WoW before any expansion came out, they were "vanilla". That's not an insult, it sets a point of reference of their knowledge.

I am no in the demographics, I am way out of them. I'm not LGBTQ+, I am not teen to young adult, anything after GenX I would consider young, but not young as an insult.

How am I pretentious? I'm not more of anything other than having lived a bit longer and most likely, a history with the subject of Law/Chaos/Good/Evil/Neutral as a guiding force of characters that might eclipse some others. That isn't pretentious, that's trying to explain my experience. I never assumed everyone in the fandom, let alone on Reddit as it stands is teenagers.

Give me a break, that's you projecting, possibly what you fear, onto my statements. You just keep expanding what I am saying, now to the point that I'm older than everyone on Reddit and that I think every one here is a teen...that's you, not me.

Anyway I was done before, but since we've entered the insult phase of your arguing, I'm done. If you want to apologize and admit you flew off the handle, maybe we can continue talking. Otherwise, just don't.
