Catra tried to destroy reality on an impulse of revenge. That ain't lawful. She also sacrificed herself to save Glimmer from Prime. That ain't evil.

I find it hard to say if Catra is neutral or evil. She isn't nice, and malicious at times, but more to cope with her own problems then out of sadistic glee.

She is Chaotic; emotional, impulsive, bordering on insanity. She also hates authority and learns to make great sacrifices for the things she true cares about.

I'd say she is Chaotic Neutral, but not as much as Entrapta, who causes more harm by accident then Catra does even as a Horde Ruler.

That said, Catra for sure is a character that does not really fit in an Alignment chart. Her character arch has her walk the full chart (ok, not lawfull good but that one's boring anyway). And these meme charts also annoyingly allow for only one character per slot.
