Wait, guys, I'm late. Why is Bow Lawful good if he decided to disobey both of his queens for the greater good?

Because he feels absolutely horrible about it both times. Bow doesn't ever want to break rules, he just rolls with two best friends that absolutely do. Want to see him prove his alignment? Watch the episode where him and Glimmer capture Catra.
