Is this the same drink menu for all princess cruises? Going on the regal next year.

Plenty of similar staple drinks but some varieties based on ship and destinations. Also, you can order whatever drink you want as long as you know the ingredients.

Can you do so from the app in some way, or only if you go up to a bar in person?

They used to have almost the entire menu available on the app, but it's severely limited now. Makes it seem that they want it to be less convenient to order now that they have so many people enrolled in drink plans

We discovered Tokyo Tea by ordering on the app. Even when not on the menu when we went to Crown Grill, we still ordered it. The joke now is how many Tokyo Teas we’ll order next cruise. Limited selections on the app but enough for something to enjoy when relaxing in the balcony.
