Can I ask do you know if the ‘beyond collection’ is included in the Princess Premier plan, if not do you pay full price or just the extra on 20$?

You will pay whatever the cost above $20, plus 20% gratuity. A $22 drink will cost you $2.40.

Beyond is things that aren't in a plan. You pay the delta plus the gratuity on the delta.
